We get numerous emails from readers that want to either purchase or sell an RV. Because we are a non-commercial site, we can't publish these items in our "Mailbox". However we do recognize the interest our readers have when it comes time to sell an RV -- perhaps using the Internet as one avenue to find a qualified buyer.
At one time we had an Online Advisor that responded to reader inquiries about buying and selling RVs. However he became so overwhelmed with inquiries that he could not keep up with the flood of email he was receiving. As a consequence we've not tried to approach the issue by asking others to assume that burdensome task. We have instead published a general article about "selling an RV", which reviews the various options available, and offers what we think is useful guidance.
More recently we've had mulitiple reports from readers that have success using one of the listing services -- one that coincidentally has a name quite similar to our own. It's called "RV Online". For a fee of $39, your 70 word ad plus up to three pictures will be included in the RV Online database for 17 weeks. We discussed the possibility of linking to RV Online with its management. We explained that because we are a non-commercial site we of course cannot accept a "fee" for those of our readers that might follow our link to their site and purchase an ad. However, if they could offer our readers a discount, we'd give it serious consideration. As a result of those discussions RV Online agreed to give our readers a $5 discount.

However if you've entered the magic words as instructed, you will in fact only be billed $34.95.
